W. Va. Code R. § 64-110-13 - Equipment, operation and maintenance

13.1. A grower/processor facility must have a
written process in place to maintain the sanitation and operation of equipment
that comes into contact with medical cannabis to prevent contamination. The
grower/processor must provide a copy of the written process to the bureau upon
request.
13.2. As part of the
written process required under subsection 13.1., a grower/processor must:
13.2.a. Routinely calibrate, check and
inspect the following to ensure accuracy:
13.2.a.1. Automatic, mechanical, or
electronic equipment;
13.2.a.2.
Scales, balances, or other measurement devices used in the grower/processor's
operations; and
13.2.b.
Maintain an accurate log recording the following:
13.2.b.1. Maintenance of equipment;
13.2.b.2. Cleaning of equipment;
and
13.2.b.3. Calibration of
equipment.
