Wis. Admin. Code Department of Administration § Adm 2.05 - Personal and commercial solicitation
(1) No person or
organization may solicit contributions for charitable or nonprofit
organizations within the state office buildings and facilities, upon the
grounds thereof, or within state capitol park without express written approval
of the department.
(2) No person or
organization may solicit to sell or consummate sale of any merchandise or
service within the state office buildings and facilities, upon the grounds
thereof, or within state capitol park without the express written approval of
the department.
