Wis. Admin. Code Department of Financial Institutions § DFI-Bkg 10.04 - Time of hearing

Upon the filing of said notice, the administrator shall fix a time for hearing by giving at least 10 days' written notice of the time and place when said matter will be heard to the person applying for review or his or her attorney and upon any other person who participated in the proceedings before the administrator or his or her attorney, stating the issues to be considered.
