Wis. Admin. Code Department of Financial Institutions § DFI-Bkg 10.10 - Stay of enforcement

Current through March 28, 2022

The institution of the proceedings for review shall not stay enforcement of the administrator's decision, but the board may order a stay upon such terms as it deems proper.
