Wis. Admin. Code Department of Natural Resources § NR 512.15 - Identification of soil borrow sources

(1) The feasibility report shall include a copy of the department's initial site inspection evaluation for the proposed soil borrow sources designated to be used in the construction, operation or closure of the first phase of the landfill.

(2) The feasibility report shall include the documentation for soil borrow sources as described in s. NR 504.075 for the proposed soil borrow sources designated to be used in the construction, operation or closure of the first phase of the landfill.
