Wis. Admin. Code Department of Public Instruction § PI 22.05 - Scholarship applications

(1) The department
shall develop, in consultation with postsecondary school educational
institutions, a scholarship application which shall include verification that
the pupil is eligible for free or reduced-priced lunch.

(2) The department shall disseminate
information and scholarship application forms to public and private middle
schools, junior high schools and secondary schools, WEOP offices, tribal
education offices and postsecondary educational institutions with precollege
programs. Information and application forms shall be available to pupils from
these schools and offices.
(3)
Annually, the department shall establish deadlines for scholarship applications
in consultation with school districts, colleges and universities.
(4) A pupil shall submit the scholarship
application by the deadline under sub. (3) to a postsecondary educational
institution that meets the requirements under s.
PI
22.04.
