Wis. Admin. Code Kickapoo Reserve Management Board § KB 1.09 - Camping

(1)
Primitive camping is allowed on the reserve at designated campsites and at
backpack campsites by permit.
(2)
Campsites are available on a first-come first-served basis unless an area is
reserved with an event permit.
(3)
A camping party shall obtain a permit prior to setting up camp, unless
otherwise posted.
(4) All camping
permits begin at 3:00 p.m. of the first day, and expire at 3:00 p.m. on the
last day of the permit period.
(5)
Violation of any state law or any rule of the board by a member or guest of a
member of a camping party is cause for revocation of the camping permit and
eviction from the property.
(6) The
board may reject or cancel camping permits when necessary to protect either
campers or the natural resources.
(7) No camping party, nor member of a camping
party, shall remain for a period greater than 21 days in any 4-week period.
After 21 days the camping party shall be removed from the property for at least
7 days before being eligible to return.
(8) No more than one camping party is
permitted at any campsite in the reserve. A camping party that includes persons
other than family members may not exceed the posted occupancy limit.
(9) A camping party shall pack out all refuse
generated by that camping party.
