Wis. Admin. Code Department of Corrections DOC 303.26 - Escape
(1) An inmate who does any of the following
without permission is guilty of escape:
(a)
Leaves an institution.
(b) Leaves
the custody of an employee or law enforcement personnel while outside of the
institution.
(c) Does not follow
the inmate's assigned schedule.
(d)
Leaves the authorized area to which the inmate is assigned.
(e) Leaves a work or study release
site.
(2) Any inmate who
makes or possesses any material for use in escape is guilty of an
offense.
(3) Any inmate who removes
restraints or tampers with doors, locks, or other security devices while
outside the institution is guilty of an offense.
