Wis. Admin. Code Department of Corrections DOC 346.02 - Applicability
The provisions of this chapter apply to juvenile detention facilities and juvenile portions of a county jail. Unless otherwise specified, s. DOC 346.14 applies only to facilities that were constructed or substantially remodeled after October 1, 1994.
