Wis. Admin. Code Department of Natural Resources NR 279.20 - Applicability; description of the cracking subcategory
The provisions of this subcategory are applicable to all discharges from any facility that produces petroleum products by the use of topping and cracking, whether or not the facility includes any process in addition to topping and cracking. The provisions of this subcategory are not applicable, however, to facilities that include the processes specified in the petrochemical, lube or integrated subcategories.
