Wis. Admin. Code Department of Natural Resources NR 279.50 - Applicability; description of the integrated subcategory
The provisions of this subcategory are applicable to all discharges resulting from any facility that produces petroleum products by the use of topping, cracking, lube oil manufacturing processes, and petrochemical operations whether or not the facility includes any process in addition to topping, cracking, lube oil manufacturing processes, and petrochemical operations.
