Wis. Admin. Code Department of Natural Resources NR 297.05 - Applicability; description of the wet process hardboard subcategory
This subchapter applies to the discharge of pollutants to waters of the state and the introduction of pollutants into POTWs from any plant which produces hardboard products using the wet matting process for forming the board mat.
