Wis. Admin. Code Personnel Commission PC 1.11 - Withdrawal
Subject to the approval of the commission, a petitioner may withdraw a case at any time prior to a final decision by the commission. The withdrawal request should be in writing and should be signed by the petitioner or the petitioner's representative.
