Wis. Admin. Code Waste Facility Siting Board WFSB 3.02 - Notification of negotiation and arbitration process
The applicant shall attach to its request a copy of the standard notice printed by the board which informs municipalities of the time limits and requirements for participation in the negotiation and arbitration process under s. 289.33, Stats. Standard notices may be obtained at no cost from the board at its Madison office.
