Chapter Had 3 was renumbered Chapter HAS 3 under s. 13.93(2m) (b) 1, Stats., Register, April, 1992, No. 436. Chapter HAS 3 as it existed on July 31, 1998 was repealed and new Chapter HAS 3 was created effective August 1, 1998.
