024-4 Wyo. Code R. §§ 4-1 - General Provisions
(a) The following
are requirements for all Concessionaire long-term contracts with a five (5)
year or greater term except where otherwise provided. If an existing long-term
contract provision is in conflict with one or more of the following
requirements, the existing contract shall govern.
(b) All contracts shall be written by the
Concessions Manager and approved by the Wyoming Attorney General's
Office.
(c) All contracts for
concessions located on Reclamation property shall be approved by Reclamation
prior to finalizing.
