038-7 Wyo. Code R. §§ 7-2 - Advertising
(a) The Commission shall prohibit skill based
amusement game advertising that it determines to be deceptive to the public.
The Commission shall also require that every form of advertising contain a
statement that minors are not allowed to play skill based amusement games as
approved by the Commission.
(b) The
vendor shall include information about available programs to prevent, treat, or
monitor compulsive game play.
