045-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-6 - Maintenance Responsibilities
(a) The public road
agency shall bear all maintenance costs for its own separation structures. The
railroad shall bear all maintenance costs for its own separation structures.
Maintenance of joint separation structures shall be as agreed to by the parties
involved, as in accordance with
W.S.
37-10-104(c).
(b) The railroad shall pay for maintaining
its tracks and related signal and communication lines attached to a grade
separation structure or paralleling the tracks.
