048-13 Wyo. Code R. §§ 13-7 - Service Limitations
(a) Medicaid
reimbursement for rehabilitative services shall be limited to thirty (30)
visits per calendar year, unless pre-approved based on a determination that
additional services are medically necessary.
(b) Habilitative services are not covered for
clients twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
