ORDER LIST MONDAY, APRIL 6, 1992 ORDERS IN PENDING CASES
D-1062 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF PETER P. TAVOLACCI
It having been reported to the Court that Peter P. Tavolacci, of Carmel, New York, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Appellate Division, Supreme Court of New York, Second Judicial Department, and this Court by order of December 16, 1991, having suspended the said Peter P. Tavolacci from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Peter P. Tavolacci be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court.
D-1070 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF VINCENT MOSSER DUNN
It having been reported to the Court that Vincent Mosser Dunn, of Detroit, Michigan, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Michigan and this Court by order of January 13, 1992, having suspended the said Vincent Mosser Dunn from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Vincent Mosser Dunn be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court.
D-1079 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF ROBERT P. McNAMEE
It having been reported to the Court that Robert P. McNamee, of San Jose, California, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of California and this Court by order of January 21, 1992, having suspended the said Robert P. McNamee from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued; It is ordered that the said Robert P. McNamee be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court.
D-1106 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF HOWARD HOROWITZ
It is ordered that Howard Horowitz, of Coral Gables, Florida, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

It is ordered that Robert B. Chatz, of Northbrook, Illinois, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

It is ordered that John Franklin Rosch, of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.

The motion of respondent Albert C. Dayton for award of attorney fees is denied without prejudice to refiling in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Justice Kennedy and Justice Thomas took no part in the consideration or decision of this motion.
