It having been reported to the Court that Jeffrey Lee Greenspan, of Rockville, Maryland, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Court of Appeals of Maryland and this Court by order of February 24, 1992, having suspended the said Jeffrey Lee Greenspan from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Jeffrey Lee Greenspan be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court.

Kenney from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Donald J. Robbins, of Van Nuys, California, has resigned from the practice of law before the Supreme Court of California and this Court by order of March 9, 1992, having suspended the said Alan E. Robbins from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Alan E. Robbins be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court.

It having been reported to the Court that Adrian F. O'Bryan, of Louisville, Kentucky, has resigned from the practice of law before the Supreme Court of Kentucky and this Court by order of March 23, 1992, having suspended the said Adrian F. O'Bryan from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred; And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired; It is ordered that the said Adrian F. O'Bryan be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court.
D-1126 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF JOHN T. MARTIN
It is ordered that John T. Martin, of Springfield, Missouri, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
D-1127 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF WILLIAM DALTON WHITNALL
It is ordered that William Dalton Whitnall, of Ripon, Wisconsin, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court.
D-1128 IN THE MATTER OF DISBARMENT OF CARLOS ALBERTO RODRIGUEZ
It is ordered that Carlos Alberto Rodriguez, of Miami, Florida, be suspended from the practice of law in this Court and that a rule issue, returnable within forty days, requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court. 111 ORIG. DELAWARE V. NEW YORK The fee application dated March 27, 1992 submitted by the Special Master in this action is approved, and payment shall be made to "Thomas H. Jackson, Special Master" in the total amount of $105,824.85. It is further ordered that the participating jurisdictions shall bear these costs equally , with each jurisdiction which is a party or which has a pending application to intervene at the date of this order contributing an an equal share. It is further ordered that each such jurisdiction may make payment either to the firm of Dickstein, Shapiro & Morin, as coordinating counsel for this purpose, or may make payment directly or via separate counsel, to the Special Master. It is further ordered that payment of fees, costs, and expenses pursuant to this order shall be due within forty five (45) days from the date hereof.
