Fifth Amendment ?" The briefs, not to exceed 25 pages, are to be filed simultaneously with the Clerk and served upon opposing counsel on or before 3 p.m., Friday, October 27, 2006. Reply briefs, not to exceed 10 pages may be filed with the Clerk and served upon opposing counsel on or before 3 p.m., Friday, November 3, 2006.
