Effective Date of Repeal

Pub. L. 102–90, title I, § 6(f)(1), Aug. 14, 1991, 105 Stat. 451, provided that:

“Except for the provisions of subsection (e)(1) [105 Stat. 451], the provisions of this section [see Tables for classification] shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act [Aug. 14, 1991].”
