The Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, referred to in par. (9)(B), is title II of Pub. The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, referred to in par. (9)(B), is title VI of Pub. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, referred to in par. (9)(B), is Pub. L. 113–128, July 22, 2014, 128 Stat. 1425. 2014—Par. (9)(B). Pub. L. 113–128 substituted “any relevant programs under the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act” for “any relevant programs under the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998”.
