Dara is a J.D. candidate for the Class of 2018. She also completed her undergraduate degree at Cornell, majoring in Government and minoring in Inequalities. Her interests include international and public sector law, anti-human trafficking advocacy, and child’s rights initiatives. Prior to law school she worked at the Polaris Project as a Policy fellow and co-led DC Stop Modern Slavery’s annual movement on the national mall.
Dara is one of two student-elected trustees on Cornell’s Board of Trustees. She is an active member of Cornell’s Women’s Law Coalition and an associate on the Journal of Law and Public Policy. This past summer she interned in the Vice President's Counsel's Office at the White House.
