Jessica Meneses

Jessica is a J.D. candidate for the Class of 2012 at Cornell Law School. During the summer of 2010, Jessica interned in the Administrative Law division of the New York City Law Department, where she drafted motions in New York State Supreme Court Article 78 proceedings on behalf of the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Department of Consumer Affairs, and Parking Violations Bureau. She also researched the constitutionality of NYC zoning ordinances and point of sale tobacco regulations. Jessica graduated from Dartmouth College in 2009 with a B.A. in both Geography and Psychology.
