Send your comments on or before March 14, 2011. 14 CFR Part 17 This action would update, simplify, and streamline the current regulations governing the procedures for bid protests brought against the FAA and contract disputes brought against or by the FAA. It would also add a voluntary dispute avoidance and early resolution process. This action is necessary to ensure the regulations reflect the changes that have evolved since 1999 when they were first implemented. The intended effect of this action is to streamline and further improve the protest and dispute process.
