Deadline for Development of Joint Policies
Pub. L. 109–364, div. A, title VIII, § 854(b), Oct. 17, 2006, 120 Stat. 2346, provided that: “The Secretary of Defense shall develop the joint policies required under section
2333 of title
10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a), not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of this Act [Oct. 17, 2006].”
