Pub. L. 103–35, § 202(a)(18)(A), made technical amendment to directory language of Pub. L. 102–484, which enacted this section.
Effective Date of 1993 Amendment
Amendment by section 202(a)(18)(A) of Pub. L. 103–35 applicable as if included in the enactment of Pub. L. 102–484, see section 202(b) of Pub. L. 103–35, set out as a note under section
155 of this title.
Effective Date of 1992 Amendment
Section 4470(b) of Pub. L. 102–484 provided that: “Section
2410d of title
10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a), shall apply with respect to contracts entered into beginning 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act [Oct. 23, 1992].”
