1996—Subsec. (c). Pub. L. 104–201 added subsec. (c).
Effective Date of 1996 Amendment
Section 508(b) of Pub. L. 104–201 provided that: “Subsection (c) of section
14507 of title 10, United States Code, as added by subsection (a), shall take effect on October 1, 1996.”
