Rule 24. Continuances and interlocutory matters
Except as otherwise provided in Rule
19
(d), the Court, in its discretion, may extend any time limits prescribed and may dispose of any interlocutory or other appropriate matter not specifically covered by these rules, in such manner as may appear to be required for a full, fair, and expeditious consideration of the case. See Rule
