Pub. L. 106–476 inserted “(other than any dog or cat fur product to which section
1308 of title
19 applies)” after “shall not include such articles”.
Section 14 of act Aug. 8, 1951, provided that: “This Act [this subchapter], except section
7 [section
69e of this title], shall take effect one year after the date of its enactment [Aug. 8, 1951].”
Section 1 of act Aug. 8, 1951, provided: “That this Act [this subchapter] may be cited as the ‘Fur Products Labeling Act’ ”.
Section 13 of act Aug. 8, 1951, provided that: “If any provision of this Act [this subchapter] or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the Act [this subchapter] and the application of such provision to any other person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.”
