L. 91–230, title I, § 113(b)(2), 84 Stat. 126, set out the Congressional declaration of policy with regard to the program of assistance to local educational agencies for the education of children of low-income families.

Effective Date of Repeal

Repeal effective Oct. 1, 1978, see section 1530(a) ofPub. L. 95–561, set out as an Effective Date of 1978 Amendment note under section 1221e–3 of this title.
