There are authorized to be appropriated—
(1)
for fiscal year 2007—
(A)
$500,000 to establish the
NMIC
and
Council
; and
(B)
such sums as are necessary for the operation of the
NMIC
and
Council
; and
(2)
for each of fiscal years 2008 and 2009, such sums as are necessary for the operation of the
NMIC
and
Council
