L. 111–203, title III, §§ 351, 378(1),July 21, 2010, 124 Stat. 1546, 1570, provided that, effective on the transfer date, this section is amended as follows: (1) in subsection (c)— (A) in paragraph (1), by adding “and” at the end; (B) in paragraph (2), by striking “; and” and inserting a period; and (C) by striking paragraph (3); and (2) by striking subsection (e).
