32 USC § 712 - Disposition of proceeds of condemned stores issued to National Guard
The following shall be covered into the Treasury:

The proceeds from sales of condemned stores issued to the National Guard of a State, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, Guam, or the Virgin Islands, and not charged against its allotment.

The introductory clause is substituted for the words “shall be covered into the Treasury of the United States” and “as shall also”. The words “United States” are substituted for the word “Government”. The words “members of the National Guard” are substituted for the words “officers and enlisted men”.

1988—Par. (1). Pub. L. 100–456struck out “the Canal Zone,” after “Puerto Rico,”.
