Section
738, act June 5, 1920, ch. 235, § 1,41 Stat. 880, provided that the Lighthouse Service should cooperate with the Coast Guard in marking certain anchorage grounds. The Lighthouse Service was consolidated in the Coast Guard by Reorg. Plan No. II of 1939, § 2(a), eff. July 1, 1939, 4 F.R. 2731, 53 Stat. 1432, set out in the Appendix to Title 5, Government Organization and Employees.
