1960—Pub. L. 86–397substituted “Secretary of Commerce” for “Coast and Geodetic Survey” and “instrument observer or recorder” for “bombers or fathometer readers,” inserted reference to employees tending magnetographs, and authorized Secretary to establish rates of compensation.
