46a USC Rule - Reports to Congress

The Secretary shall include in his annual report to Congress a detailed statement of all activities and of all expenditures and receipts under this subchapter for the period covered by such report.

Amendments

1965—Pub. L. 89–348repealed provisions which required quarterly reports of contracts entered into, proposed contracts, and general progress with respect to war risk insurance activities under this chapter.
