Field means oil and gas fields identified in the United States as defined by the Energy Information Administration Oil and Gas Field Code Master List 2008, DOE/EIA 0370 (incorporated by reference, see 98.7).

Scoping language

Except as provided in this section, all terms used in this subpart have the same meaning given in the Clean Air Act and subpart A of this part.
