eligible entity
(G)For purposes of this paragraph, the term “eligible entity” means an organization that is currently receiving or has received grant funds under the Drug-Free Communities Act of 1997 (et seq.). (H)Not more than 6 percent of a grant under this paragraph may be expended for administrative expenses. (I)There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this paragraph $5,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2018 through 2022.
