10 U.S. Code § 335 - Guam and Virgin Islands included as “State”

For purposes of this chapter, the term “State” includes Guam and the Virgin Islands.

Amendments

2006—Pub. L. 109–163struck out “the unincorporated territories of” before “Guam”.
1980—Pub. L. 96–513inserted “and Virgin Islands” after “Guam” in section catchline and inserted provision respecting applicability to the Virgin Islands.

Effective Date
