Amendment After Repeal

1304 of title
31” for “section 1302 of the Act of July 27, 1956, (31 U.S.C. 724a)” in subsec. (a) ofsection
334 of this title, without reference to the earlier repeal of that section by Pub. L. 97–124, § 3,Dec. 29, 1981, 95 Stat. 1666.
Effective Date of Repeal
Repeal effective only with respect to claims arising on or after Dec. 29, 1981, see section 4 ofPub. L. 97–124, set out as an Effective Date of 1981 Amendment note under section
