16 CFR § 1227.2 - Requirements for carriages and strollers.
Each carriage and stroller shall comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F833–21, Standard Consumer Safety Performance Specification for Carriages and Strollers, approved June 15, 2021. The Director of the Federal Register approves this incorporation by reference in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
