The following are ALL rules, proposed rules, and notices (chronologically) published in the Federal Register relating to 16 CFR Part 20 after this date.
The Commission has completed its review of the Guides for the Rebuilt, Reconditioned and Other Used Automobile Parts Industry (Used Auto Parts Guides or Guides) and has determined to revise and retain the Guides.
As part of the Commission's systematic review of all current FTC rules and guides, the Commission requests public comment on the costs, benefits, necessity for, and regulatory and economic impact of the FTC's “Guides for the Rebuilt, Reconditioned and Other Used Automobile Parts Industry.”
