24 CFR § 75.17 - Contract provisions.

(a) PHAs or other recipients must include language in any agreement or contract to apply Section 3 to contractors.

(b) PHAs or other recipients must require contractors to include language in any contract or agreement to apply Section 3 to sub contractors.

(c) PHAs or other recipients must require all contractors and sub contractors to meet the requirements of § 75.9, regardless of whether Section 3 language is included in contracts.
