40 CFR § 442.34 - New source performance standards (NSPS).

Any new point source subject to this subpart must achieve the following performance standards: Standards for BOD5, TSS, oil and grease (HEM), cadmium, chromium, copper, lead, mercury, nickel, zinc and pH are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in § 442.31.
