§ 15.505 Changes in the certificate of inspection.

All requests for changes in manning as indicated on the COI must be sent to -

(a) The Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection (OCMI) who last issued the COI; or

(b) The OCMI conducting the inspection, if the request is made in conjunction with an inspection for certification.

      Direct final rule.
      This direct final rule will be effective January 25, 2016 unless the Coast Guard receives adverse comment by December 28, 2015. If an adverse comment is received, the Coast Guard will publish a timely withdrawal of the direct final rule in the Federal Register informing the public the rule will not take effect.
