United States v. Gardner, 218 F. App'x 235 (4th Cir. 2007)
A grand jury indicted Gardner (defendant) in the Eastern District of North Carolina for his participation in a conspiracy to engage in the sex trafficking of a 17-year-old girl. He was allegedly involved in transporting the girl, collecting money from her, and housing her between prostitution calls. At Gardner’s detention hearing, the judge released him subject to a bond, a curfew, and other conditions.
