Supreme Decree No. 014-2019-MIMP is the regulation related to Law No. 27942. The Decree sets forth the framework to prevent, investigate, and punish those who commit sexual harassment. It defines the relevant terms and sets forth the procedures for preventing sexual harassment and addressing complaints of sexual harassment in various settings, including the public and private work sector, educational spaces such as universities, and in the Armed Forces and the National Police of Peru. The Decree provides deadlines for compliance with the regulation and updating relevant protocols. Further, it states that victims of sexual harassment have the right to resort to the particular process outlined in Law No. 30364. In 2020, Ministerial Resolution No. 115-2020-MIMP approved forms for complaints of sexual harassment in the public and private sectors and related instructions.
